Statue of Unity: Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

The format of india that we see today, its credit goes to the same person and He is our Iron Man - Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. If he did not show his intelligency at that time, then the states Rajasthan, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, might be in Pakistan today. Respecting his contribution, former Gujarat Chief Minister and the current Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi establish the world's highest statue on October 31, 2018.

statue near the Sardar Sarovar dam in Gujarat's Narmada district has surpassed China's Spring Temple Buddha, which is 128 meters high and now it is the tallest statue in the world. 
An interesting fact is connected to its height is that Its height has been kept 182 meters as the  legistative assembly seat of Gujarat is all 182 matches, so it has been kept so high. The statue can be seen not only from outside but also from inside. It is attached with 2 elevators, which goes to the gallery built in the heart of Stewu, so that the tourists will be able to enjoy the Sardar Patel dam and the Narmada river majors.

It is so solid that the earthquake of 65 Richter scale and the speed of 220 kilometers per hour can easily go. Along with being Made in India, there is a huge contribution of china because the statue is made up of four metals, including bronze.No company had any experience of bronze plating at such a large level. Because of this, the Chinese company helped in this work. Because this company has already made such a big statuea in China. In this work, total 4076 laborers have worked in two shifts, 800 of India and 200 Well trained laborers of China were included.

This idol is indeed a sign of mutual goodwill between India and China.Total cost of this project was estimated to be about Rs.3,001 crore (US$420 million) by the Government of India. Later Larsen & Toubro won the contract in October 2014 for its lowest bid of Rs.2,989 crore (US$420 million) for the design, construction and maintenance. The construction was started on 31 October 2013 and completed in mid-October 2018. The idol's work has been completed. And now this final test is being given. And it will be inaugurated on October 31, 2018.
